WRIGLEY FIELD THROUGH THE YEARS Wrigley Field is one of Chicago's most iconic landmarks and sports stadiums in the USA. Even when the great fire of Oct 8, 1871, people always had sports on their minds.
Chicago sports teams have made many people forget about the tragedies throughout history. Most people in Chicago love the old Wrigley Fidels building. When you look back at history, the Chicago Bears used to play football in the iconic statue; they played their first game there on Oct 16, 1921. When you read about this era in time and Wrigley Fields, However. At the time the stadium was built, they had got 1400 fans. The owner only paid 250,000.00 to construct the Wrigley FIELD stadium. The Field has Ivy growing on the walls of the stadium. Since it is located by the lake ground it is windy. This park has a hand-turned scoreboard and they have no parking lot. Wrigley Field has a field that always looks great.
